Rates and how we quote
Prices follow the shape of the study — a half-day reading has a fixed fee; a full Retention Study is quoted once we have seen the export and the number of products.
Nothing on this page is a checkout. If the scope is clear we send a letter of engagement by email. Deposits are invoiced; we do not take cards on the site.
Cohort reading session
RM 2,400 for four hours at Level 11 or at your office in the Klang Valley, including the one-page note. Travel beyond the Klang Valley is added at cost.
Lapsed-user interviews
RM 650 per completed interview, with a minimum of eight. Recruitment from your consented list is included. Interpreting beyond English, Malay, and Tamil is quoted separately.
Return-path review
RM 3,200 per day on-site, usually one or two days. Test accounts and a product counterpart must be present.
Retention Study
Quoted. A single Malaysian app with a consistent event dictionary and a usable lapsed list often lands between RM 28,000 and RM 45,000 for the four-to-six-week shape described on the study page. Extra products, extra countries, or a warehouse that cannot yield a weekly return table move the figure up. A diagnostic stop (when returns cannot even be defined) is billed for the days already worked, not the full quote.
What we look at before quoting
- How many apps or product lines share the same event names
- Whether a “return” is already defined in writing
- Whether festive weeks need a longer calendar
- Whether interviews must be in person
If you only need a second pair of eyes on a table you already trust, start with the reading session rather than the full study.
