Cohort reading session
A half-day in the room with your existing weekly return table. We mark which drops are holidays, which are product, and which are simply thin samples.
Bring the weekly return table you already export. In four hours we read it together: sample sizes that make week-twelve numbers noisy, festive weeks that look like churn, and the first-week cliff that is actually a failed onboarding job.
You leave with a marked-up printout and a one-page note. We do not rebuild your pipeline in this session. If the table cannot answer a basic “who came back in week four?” question, we will say so in the first hour and stop rather than decorate empty cells.
