Lapsed-user interviews
Eight to twelve conversations with people who used the app and then stopped. We recruit from a list you provide, with consent already recorded.
Numbers show when people left. They rarely show the substitution that failed, the rider who never arrived, or the paywall that appeared before the first useful article. Priya Nair runs a block of short interviews (about thirty minutes) in English, Malay, or Tamil.
You supply a lapsed list and proof of consent. We do not buy panels of people who never used the app. Notes are anonymised. Quotes that could identify a person are cut. The block can stand alone or sit inside a full Retention Study.
