Return-path review
We walk the route from first open to a second meaningful session, on the live app, and write down where the return is asked for too early or never invited at all.
A return-path review is a slow walk through first open, permission prompts, empty states, and the moment you ask someone to come back. We use test accounts you provide. Engineering does not need to sit through the whole day; a designer or product owner should.
The write-up lists friction in the order a new person meets it, not in the order of your backlog. We do not rewrite screens in Figma unless you commission that separately — this review stops at a numbered list of return problems.
